No matter how organized you are, the last month before your wedding requires a lot of attention. Suppliers need your final decisions. Last-minute details need to be ironed out. And everyone wants to know what the bride and groom’s opinion is.
I’ll take care of all the final tasks, including on the day coordination, so you can savor every moment.

Three-hour planning consultation
Visit the ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding
Create a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan
Follow-up with all contracted vendors
Wedding rehearsal supervision
Onsite coordination of the ceremony and reception
An additional event coordinator present on the wedding day

During the consultation, I’ll ask questions so I know exactly what you want, where you’re at, and what still needs to be done.

Once we’ve got to know each other, I’ll send over a contract to sign if you want to work together. You’ll then pay a 50% deposit.

We’ll visit both the ceremony and reception sites so I can hear all about your vision and make sure everything is exactly as you want it on your wedding day.

After our one-on-one meeting, I map out a detailed wedding day timeline, ceremony processional, floor plan, and final decor list.

I’ll follow up with all your wedding day vendors and make sure that everyone is on the same page and ready for the big day.

I’ll be on site during both your ceremony rehearsal and the wedding itself so that you can enjoy your day. My assistant and I will be the point people, making sure everything’s exactly as you envisioned and running smoothly. You and your family will not have to lift a finger or worry about a thing.
