In-person consultations throughout the planning process, plus phone and email correspondence
Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan
Wedding rehearsal supervision

HOW We’ll WORK TOGETHER

During the consultation, I’ll ask questions so I know exactly what you want, where you’re at, and what still needs to be done.

Once we’ve got to know each other, I’ll send over a contract to sign if you want to work together. You’ll then pay a 50% deposit.

I’ll work with you to develop a cohesive wedding vision, including theme, color, and design. We’ll also map out a budget that works for you.

Throughout the process, I’ll track all the payments and deposits. This will help us stick to your budget, make payments on time, and make sure no one’s paid twice by mistake.

I’ll help you build a cohesive vendor team for your day including, but not limited to, venues, caterers, florists, photographers, hair and makeup artists, and entertainers. I’ll utilize my contacts and industry knowledge to shortlist the vendors which best align with your vision and budget. We’ll chat through the options, and I’ll help you navigate the decision-making process.

We’ll have regular consultations, and you’ll be able to reach me by phone and email in between our meetings. I'll also be at all of your vendor appointments to make sure that we ask all of the right questions and map out exactly what you want.

In preparation of the big day, I will map a detailed wedding day timeline, ceremony processional, floor plan, and a final decor list.

I’ll follow up with all your wedding day vendors and make sure that everyone is on the same page and ready for the big day.

I’ll be on site during both your ceremony rehearsal and the wedding itself so that you can enjoy your day. My assistant and I will be the point people, making sure everything’s exactly as you envisioned and running smoothly. You and your family will not have to lift a finger or worry about a thing.
